If I ever get into another accident it better just kill me. I don’t want to have to work with another company like this ever again. This place is a complete joke. Nothing gets done! I waited almost three months for something that could have been dealt with in less than a week. So unprofessional. Sam’s a chill dude, though. He was my agent. Seems like the type of guy I could enjoy a round of mini-golf with, but he was almost never in the office.
They don't answer the phone. They aren’t good employees and don’t get things done.
Horrible at communicating. It has been over a month since the accident occurred and I was just now able to take my car to the shop. Apparently they called the shop to ask if my car was there without even communicating to me that I was able to proceed. 🤦♀️
