No one calls and no one emails. A driver hit my car 10 days ago and after a half dozen calls, there is still not response. It seems criminal that they should be able to operate this way.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional group! It took them 19 days to contact me with a decision on if my car had been totaled or not. They then gave me one week with a rental to find a replacement. They then gave me a ridiculously low offer on my vehicle. The company they represented was 100% at fault.
