I dealt with pain that extended from my neck, clear into my left shoulder and down my arm. Massage therapy helped me for a while, but it was temporary at best. So I took the problem to a doctor, who prescibed muscle relaxants and a strong anti-inflammatory. The drugs didn't touch the pain. I lost sleep from the pain, and this went on for months. About two months ago I went to Creative Rehab. Elise watched me walk and was immediately able to tell that I had muscle imbalances affecting my hip flexors. With work on those, and a... read more
