I am a D1 heptathlete who has some serious training. I went into Creative Rehab with a complete lcl tear, biceps femoral, meniscus, and IT-band from an accident at practice and needed reconstructive surgery with a cadaver. Before I went to creative rehab, I could not bend my leg maybe more than 80 degrees, I could not walk or put weight on my leg at all, and I was a little under 6 weeks out from surgery.
