I am updating this review. We have been with Creative Realty going on 6 years and still have the same good things to say. Everyone has been great; redponding to issues in a promot and professional manner. Crystal is always responsive, professional and caring in responding to anything that may arise. Michael and Jean are great to work with. Unfortunately we are downsizing but should we move again we will definitely come back to Creative Realty. I have been with this company renting from them since 2020. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Mike is wonderful and very helpful when I need assistance with something in my home. If something needs serviced they do not hesitate to help you. If you are in the Las Vegas area and need to rent a place … this is the place to go to!! 10/10 and 5 stars!!!

BEWARE!!!! Unfortunately, it is very true that this company is very unprofessional. I rented a 4 bd 2 bath home. The previous property manager asked to write down everything that needed to be fixed and they would have someone to show up and fix it. Legally they need to send someone within 14 days. Unfortunately, they never sent anyone. It took them 2 months to send someone to fix the washer and a replacement part for the dryer. I had messaged the property manager and the broker to let them know the other issues with the home... read more

We have been waiting for a year to get a few problems resolved such as the broiler in the stove has never worked, a light fixture was reported broken and we are still waiting, the carpeting is pulling away from the tile and we have asked to have a metal strip installed before it gets worse, there are cement blocks that collapsed in the back yard and it has been that way for months. After several requests to get this done they raise our rent.

We have rented a large 4 bedroom home with creative real estate for 8 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. Whenever we had an issue (which was rare) it was resolved the next day - or as close as could be possible, always. We worked personally with Mike and always found him to be very attentive and respectful as well as responsive to our requests. I would definitely recommend them.
