This “store” is just inside someone’s house with no sign or anything. It is unclear how you visit or make an appointment. I think they need to make it more clear how you visit. Edit: No where on the website does it list what services are actually provided. Someone could reasonably assume it is a retail store based on the information on their website. They need to make it more clear what services are actually provided on their website and in the google description as to not mislead further mislead people and waste their time.
Creative Plant Designs provided plants for a company function we had in Austin. Since I office out of town I had to make all the arrangements by phone and email. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch.
As a property manager, I've worked with several different plant service companies over the years in the buildings we manage. I'd have to say that the folks at Creative Plant Designs are by far the best to work with.
I worked with Steve to find the high quality houseplants that I was not able to find elsewhere. He also gave me free delivery. I will definitely continue to work with CPDs! Thank you for your help, Steve!
