My name is Kristy and I own Creative Nail Spa. I appreciate everyone's comments and ratings, however YP does not have a place for us to comment about the ratings. So I am going to explain the two ratings on 12/13 and 5/28. The 12/13 was a hard day. We had a technician who had a family emergency and had to leave at 3:30, just around the time school was letting out and it was a Friday before the Winter Dance. My boyfriend and I went in for mani/pedis and felt rushed the entire time. They never took the time to ask our names. My old polish is still visible on my nail edges after my manicure. My pedicure polish was smeared before I even left, and they were cut crooked. We will NOT be going back!

Great Nail & pedicure spa. Have always had excellent nail care and the new pedicure product is great. Been a customer for 5 years and have had great service.

After hearing such great reviews I was excited to try it out, so I called and made an appointment. Came in only to have 5+ walk ins go ahead of me, leaving me waiting for over half an hour and late for another appointment. I will not be coming back.
