I had such a great experience at Creative Nail Salon in Denham! Kim was incredibly gentle and caring, especially with the injury with my foot, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Hanni did an amazing job on my nails, they turned out absolutely beautiful! Both employees were so kind, professional, and attentive. I highly recommend Creative Nail Salon and will definitely be coming back!
Manicure was good. Pedicure was just ok. She definitely didn’t do a complete job, missed some steps as far as the scrub, foot/calf rub, etc. Nice lady though.
Went to get a pedicure, initially was told the wait time would be 30 minutes- me and my friend were a walk in. However, we waited over an hour to get service- plus when other people came in after we been waiting, they were also told the wait was 20-30 minutes. Just not being honest on the wait time, being misleading - the whole wait we didn’t get asked of any refreshments (they do have some) or how we’re doing, no customer service. I have to use a cane to walk and all the employees are very helpful and understanding if I need help, they do it before I even ask.
