Very disappointing and unprofessional. We worked with Scott since 2024 and waited nearly two years while they kept delaying our project. They asked us to get a new structural engineer report—which we already had done before—so we spent more time and money based on their request. We were told pricing would stay similar, but the quote increased significantly. Then, after all the delays, they suddenly said they are no longer taking our project. My son - the lovely teenager - put a huge crack in my garage floor while lifting weights with his friend. Creative Maintenance came out and had the floor fixed and coated in days. Now Jake can lift away without me worrying he's going to break the floor.

We recently had a single broadcast floor put in. The floor looks great, but I'm writing a review 100 percent based on the extra mile your company went for me. Your staff answered questions I didn't even know I had to make sure I chose the best option. Every detail was worked out and I went in to this project more informed than ever - and I've had a lot of projects. Your attention to detail is much appreciated.

To say I am impressed is an understatement. Our garage floors are going to be the talk of the town. I can't wait to "accidentally" leave the garage door open this summer so everyone walking by can see it! Great job for a low price compared to competitors.

We had our floors done in our building over the winter. I was a little skeptical of the "low maintenance" that Creative Maintenance promised. Given the salt and heavy traffic we've had for months, these floors still look brand new. A little water or light cleanser and they're shining like new. Everything they promised, they delivered.
