We've been with Steve for over 10 years now. He initially installed our system and has maintained it, opening and closing the system since it was installed. Never had a problem and he has a higher standard than many companies. In 10 years, my garden/yard has changed, today he gave me super suggestions to enhance watering my 'newish layout'. I was excited to work with Steve after a customer referral. Steve was very responsive and kept me up to date on my appointment and when a previous appt ran long he did call and let me know. He was able to come out the next day. The next day, 2 gentleman showed up. Not Steve. Ok, no problem. Explained the sprinkler system was installed in the late 90s and unsure of last use but was never started after 2015 when I purchased the home.
