Barbie and her company at Creative Housing have been amazing! She found the perfect place for our family just after having one conversation with us. We are so happy in our rental that we have chosen to extend it further. Any issues that have occurred with the property have been addressed promptly and satisfactorily! We would recommend Creative Housing to anyone looking for a rental.
This is quite possibly the worst place to rent a house from. There is absolutely no maintenance. They will tell you there is, but good luck. I had to hire my own handyman people and take it out of the rent. The girl who handles their communications Deana is an angry, confrontational, rude person who is always looking for a reason to argue. I would not recommend this company to any landlord. This company used to be good years ago, but over the years theres nothing but problems. When some issue arrises and you need a solution, messages, emails and calls get ignored. After multiple attempts to contact, it takes long time for them to respond. Some inquires never got a response. Also some months had missed payments that this company didn't followed through. I would not recommend this company
