I would not recommend this company to any landlord. This company used to be good years ago, but over the years theres nothing but problems. When some issue arrises and you need a solution, messages, emails and calls get ignored. After multiple attempts to contact, it takes long time for them to respond. Some inquires never got a response. Also some months had missed payments that this company didn't followed through. I would not recommend this company
Every request is ignored until something drastic happens! And they only address one out of three major problems. I can’t wait for our lease to end!! give no stars, but it wouldn’t let me post my comment without adding one. But they don’t deserve it.
Unresolved maintenance issues, threats regarding security deposit, and overall negligence. I rented a home from Creative Housing, LLC, and experienced multiple unresolved issues, including broken microwave and dishwasher, poor ventilation, and pest control problems. Despite repeated service requests, most issues were ignored or delayed. I officially notified them of the lease termination due to poor living conditions and returned the keys on time.
