After going to a very expensive hair salon in the South Hills, to find a hair replacement, (and not getting a call back after contacting them several times, to get a new wig), found this gem of a place in Allison Park. I have been getting my hair transformed at this amazing Salon for YEARS !! They feel Like family now ! The attention and caring they give is unparalleled but not only that … each and very employee stops in and says hello and gives a warm compliment and asks how your day is going!! I took my mom here during her battle with cancer because she was having a hard time with her treatment look. Creative Hair Solutions came highly recommend to us from others and we’re glad we listened! We wanted to love this place. Were quite happy to find hair care solutions for our elderly mother that came with compassion and understanding. Very disappointed with the level of care when installing the hair piece. Staff didn't even brush her hair, just slapped their product on and out she went. Minimal instruction to install was provided. Kristine and Judy were both so wonderful to work with. Kristine helped me pick out the perfect wig and cut it just how I wanted it. She was also so helpful with tips on eyelashes and eyebrows. I would highly recommend!!!!
