Very cute and nice salon. Owner was super knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Was worth the drive to discuss my hair loss concerns and my options. Will definitely recommend to others.
After going to a very expensive hair salon in the South Hills, to find a hair replacement, (and not getting a call back after contacting them several times, to get a new wig), found this gem of a place in Allison Park. Kristine found the most flattering wig for me to try on. It was synthetic, but looked very natural. It was perfect for me! I have been getting my hair transformed at this amazing Salon for YEARS !! They feel Like family now ! The attention and caring they give is unparalleled but not only that … each and very employee stops in and says hello and gives a warm compliment and asks how your day is going!! I took my mom here during her battle with cancer because she was having a hard time with her treatment look. Creative Hair Solutions came highly recommend to us from others and we’re glad we listened! They took the time to understand what she was wanting in a look for herself and they matched her wig to her natural hair! Style, color, and everything! We wanted to love this place. Were quite happy to find hair care solutions for our elderly mother that came with compassion and understanding. Very disappointed with the level of care when installing the hair piece. Staff didn't even brush her hair, just slapped their product on and out she went. Minimal instruction to install was provided.
