Phil is a God-send! He communicates well, makes sure he knows what needs to be done, does the job as promised - on time - completely - as promised - and, oh yeah, he doesn't want to be paid until the job is done to YOUR satisfaction!!!!! After 3 1/2 months of aggravation with 5 other contractors, I'm kicking myself that I did not check out Service Magic first. I'll NEVER make that mistake again!!
