I was not satisfied with the way they sanded under the sheetrock in the corners, and when they did so, they took out a lot of the stain. It is blotchy.
Paul was great about scheduling, asking questions and reworking those areas that required attention.
Awesome job! The whole team was super courteous!!!!!!

We DID NOT do any work for Ms Shellie. I tried but was never able to make contact with her. Further more her phone has been disconected and the email address is not goood, email returns. I am in the process of investigating this rating.
There was some confusion about the ability to remove all the traffic wear from the pre-existing floors. However, the guys were willing to change plans halfway through the day and put in laminate. Their first concern was whether I would be happy with the final product. The floor looks great.
wONDERFUL. The young man who did my floor was on time, nice, and professional. He really knew what he was doing. I have showed everyone I could my floor, it is beautiful. Thanks for everything.
