All i can say is if I could give the 10 stars I would. Bob our salesman was truly exceptional. He helped us pick out LVP flooring for the master bedroom and the upstairs hallway, and carpet for the stairs. Their pricing was hard to beat.(and i did shop around) Once we made our final decision, Bob helped setup the installation dates and the installation went smoothly and the floors look great. After visiting all the flooring stores in Central Florida and getting samples from all of them, I choose my floor from Creative Floors. They have the most extensive selection of flooring and samples than any of the other stores in Central Florida. And they were very patient and helpful after we visited on numerous occasions, borrowing samples. Kyle was especially helpful and gave us great advice. Their installers were also excellent. Creative Floors did a wonderful job installing carpeting in my bedrooms in my home. Bob was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. He really knows his stuff! Their prices are also much better than other places that I checked out. The install team did a great job, too. I will recommend Bob and Creative Floors to everyone!
We recently completed a reflooring of nearly our entire home. The team at Creative Floors was top notch. It began with Bob Hapka, Store Manager, recommending the best flooring for our needs (which was actually a less expensive alternative than our original plans).
