This is the third time I have gotten flooring from Creative Floors. My Mom, Grandma and Aunt have also gotten flooring from them multiple times. Each time, Bob Hapka helped us out. Fabulous service from Bob as always. And the installation was quick and efficient and looks fantastic!
I have been exploring options for a new floor for my living room for awhile now and received several quotes from different flooring companies. None could match the offer, and service from Chris at Creative Flooring. The entire process was straightforward, efficient, and transparent. The installation was incredible, and the team that did my floor did an outstanding job and were super polite. Couldnt be happier with my choice. I had a stellar experience working with Kyle at Creative Floors. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful at all times. He even measured my home twice because I changed my mind and went from carpet to vinyl. His team of installers consisting of Vogner, Jose, and Marcello were amazing as well. Always on time, neat, and very careful which resulted in a perfect installation! I would highly recommend Kyle and I will use their business again whenever needed.
We had such a great experience with carpeting from Creative Floors. Pricing was fair and the process only took a couple weeks from when we walked in the store to when we got it installed. We were just going to do one bedroom but already decided to do another room with them. Eventually will be doing our whole home and I’m glad we found a company we can count on for a large project. Kyle was super helpful and communicated great through the process as well. Thank you Kyle!
