New roof for my townhouse. Workers put down tarps front and back to catch any debris. Clean up was excellent. They used a magnet to pick up any stray nails. The roof was done on a Saturday. A second crew came on Monday to replace the windows. I had all 9 of my windows replaced. The original drywall and molding around the windows on the inside still looks great. We are very satisfied with the work. The people we talked with were all very friendly and professional.They took care of the architectural review form for our HOA in ************ so we didnt have to fill in the details. We did find out that we as the homeowners needed to sign the form and not the people from Creative Exterior Concepts. The upstairs rooms are cooler. The roof looks great and matches our architecture.Thanks for a great job!

Quick, clean, and professional. Had them put new roofing shingles on my townhome in *********. They arrived early in the morning and were done by early afternoon. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. Roof looks great.

Very happy with my new roof. The guys worked hard and left no mess and no nails. Roof looks beautiful. No complaints. Also got gutters , downspout and leaf guard. The quality is so nice!!!!!I plan to leave the house to my son. He won’t have to worry about the roof.

I used Creative Exterior to completely replace the siding of my townhome about three years ago. While they completed the work in a very timely manner, I started experiencing a leak by the chimney area (my guess is from a corner flashing that was not properly installed) and I reached out to them to figure out where the leak is coming from. We had a great experience with Creative Exteriors installing new windows. It was a job replacing 40+ windows, which got done in 2.5 days once everything was ready and delivered. Installation crew was very helpful and accommodating. The product is great, we feel like we moved to a new climate zone. Important to note: this is not one of those situations where you talk to the salesperson once, they make the sale, and you never hear from that person again. Wes came out and explained the roofing materials and installation process with great detail. No pressure, no hassle. The installers came out on time and did a great job. Finished in less than a half a day. Cleaned-up everything nicely. Next two days after installation we had a DELUGE of rain. No leaks!!! NO issues. Last installers did a poor job on my house so I am very happy with the price, the installation, the products and the warranties.

I had this company put in seven new windows in my home probably seven or eight years ago. I recently had an issue with the top sash not staying in place. I was able to call creative exterior concepts, speak to someone, and he thoroughly and thoughtfully walked me through diagnosing the issue and fixing. Took five minutes. Super easy, I feel like they went well above and beyond. I recommend.
