RecommendedI had this company put in seven new windows in my home probably seven or eight years ago. I recently had an issue with the top sash not staying in place. I was able to call creative exterior concepts, speak to someone, and he thoroughly and thoughtfully walked me through diagnosing the issue and fixing. Took five minutes. Super easy, I feel like they went well above and beyond. I recommend.
Had someone do an estimate for a roof. Hubby and I are both retired, so they were tod a limited budget. Estimate was well out of our price range, told them so, and said thank, but no. Now thy freaking will not stop calling. I have blocked the number and they still call. You were told no, so go away.
So, I had this company do my roof and replace 4 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. After a month a piece broke. I have called them 5-7 times, no call back, nothing. The one and only time he answered the phone Wes acted as if he had no idea who I was or that his company did work on my house. I reviewed the reviews prior to deciding. They are the absolute worst company. Very pushy salesmen. Their sales pitch took about two hours and when we decided not to sign a contract they kept telling us we were making a mistake. They claim they have a “model home” deal. Total nonsense. I know this because the same idiots told me about the “model home” deal a year prior. If this company calls me again I am going to scream. No matter how many times I say I'm not interested. They keep calling. Its been two years of calls twice a month. If I don't answer they call my husband. I'm beyond pissed.
Hey.... Thanks for having your rude door to door solicitor ring my door bell like there's no tomorrow and practically beat it off the hinges from his constant knocking. You woke my four month old. One knock and one ring will suffice.
