Not as advertised – We were excited to leverage Creative Design and improve upon an existing outdoor fireplace and patio. A simple job that was estimated at a week level of effort has turned into a NIGHTMARE. What started at the beginning of July has no end in sight and continuous excuses and delays! No extra weekends worked, no alternatives provided and a job partially completed.
