Run away! After a year+ and $60k spent, our sunroom addition failed final inspection for glaring safety issues and CDB has fled the scene.
We had our screen porch converted in to a sunroom. A simple job turned in to a nightmare of several months and is still incomplete. It has been a headache to deal with this contractor. He was paid in full. He has been extremely rude and overbearing. This was the worst experience of our life. We will not recommend him. Peggy- Regency Area -Cary
Love my new Screen Porch by Creative Design Builders – It is my new Living Room! I have actualy moved our living room furnature into the new Screen Room. Absolutely Speechless - Amazing Quality – We contracted with Creative Design Builders to convert our existing Screen Porch to a Sunroom that can be used all year long. Our screen porch was just that, a porch that was screened in. What a transformation it went through. Golf Course Deck is getting non-stop Compliments – We live on a Durham golf course and as golfers approach the green, they point, nod, give us two thumbs up and shout compliments on our new Deck.
