Very professional service. I made my appointment online and although I don’t recall entirely, I believe it was some 3 to 5 days in difference between when I booked it and the actual appointment day itself. I filled out my forms online, no difficult process, really. This included some basic information of myself, my health, insurance. Great service :-).
