This is a scam. When I scheduled I ordered a hair treatment for my mom and then when finished the cutter called my cell for tip amount, which I was reluctant to give until I talked to my mother, but they wouldn't pass the phone to her, and I even tried calling the main business phone line, but didn't get anything but hold over 10 minutes. Then the cutter called me back, lied that she undercharged me "FOR EVERYTHING!" while she charged me over $130 more for the treatment. nice place – I had Paula - she really was very nice and took time to talk to you and get to know you and even give you some kind of fashion tips (colours to wear etc). Very nice and professional and gave me a good cut.

Ask to see Julie! – I live in LA and drive all the way to Torrance to get my hair cut by Julie at Creative Cuts. She takes her time, discusses different options with me & is super sweet! They are also reasonably priced...$55 for a cut. On Wednesday nights they are open late and get catered food for their customers. =)

creative cuts – I recently went in to get my hair cut and styled for my 18th birthday party. I mentioned before going to my assigned stylist who was Reva that i wanted a hair style and cut like a singer i love. To my surprise when i went there the day of the appointment she had printed out numerous photos just for me of the singer!!! She was very sweet and did an amazing job, i dont think my hair has ever looked that great!!! Appointment. What Appointment? – Went to the same haircutter (maria) at this salon for over a year, always left a 20% tip as I received a decent cut for the price. However after a recent appointment blunder, I chose to find another salon. Was waiting for my haircut, 30 minutes goes by the appointment time (made 2 weeks in advance), then 45 so I asked the receptionist how long should I wait? Not horrible, but not great.... – OK, well I just moved to LA recently and needed a good place to get my hair done. I read the reviews about this place and it seemed good as well as close to my house. I made my appointment with Reva, who was the person available that day. I went in and told her EXPLICITLY what I wanted. I was not in any way unclear. I wanted to go to a more natural blond with lighter highlights, side swept bangs, and light layers that some what framed my face in the front and were more dramatic in the back. ... read more

Fabulous – The service is great and the stylist are professional and skilled. I love my stylist Gina. I don't even have to tell her what I want anymore. My cuts are always super cute and my color is HOT!
