I love this place. It is so quaint and I love Caitlin. She has always done such a terrific job cutting, trimming, coloring and straightening or curling my hair. She is awesome! Great place. Check it and Caitlin out. You'll be glad you did!

My last experience when visiting this establishment floored me with unprofessionalism. I was greeted by the owner, Kathy, late in the day. Everyone had left, and it was just me and my stylist and the owner. My stylist began cutting my hair and then was rudely interrupted by the owner stating "I'm glad it is just you, referring to myself, and he can wait" she then pulled my stylist into the other room and proceeded to loudly harass her, which I heard every word. My first and last visit....as I walk to the front door there were people smoking (employees I find out later..unprofessional in my opinion),and then while getting my hair cut my hairdresser and another employee proceeded to look at the laptop she brought over (facebook) laughing and joking. Although I did like my haircut I DID NOT like the "just hanging out" atomosphere.

When I walked into the place, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was very customer oriented and took care of my needs in a timely manner. The place was clean and neatly organized. The receptionist turned out being the hairstylist that cut/styled my hair. Her name was Brianna. She was very personable and easy to get along with.
