Horrible service. I have worked in the service industry for years and was appalled by the way I was treated. I explained I wanted my hair a certain way. She said that she couldn't do my hair that way. "Okay, why not?" She said she does not bleach hair and that my hair is too dark and there's no way she can make it that light and if I wanted my hair bleached then to go somewhere else.
