Had some challenges with product color and customer service for cement edging last year. I also heard that the owner told a relative of mine that he should have known better and elected to not do business with them because of his experience with me, which ultimately was the result of their team's lack of communication. My relative had similar challenges. Unfortunately, they don't have much competition with cement edging in Rochester.
We cannot thank the creative curb appeal team enough! We are very happy with the cleanup, removal and updated front landscaping of our new home! The crews were very respectful of our property, polite (and especially kind to my young son with his never-ending questions!) and detailed in the work they did. They were even courteous to knock on the door to let us know we should close the windows and garage door to keep dust out before they switched tasks. We love our new extruded concrete edging! It is so beautiful. The guys showed up on time, when promised. And it looks fantastic! We are 100% satisfied with their work!

While these guys did a great job last year, I canceled my service for this year. Must have been a new crew for his season because they left sidewalks unclear, piles of snow in driveway and in front of the garage. They were incredibly loud as well, firing up multiple snow blowers in the middle of the night (last year they only used shovels after midnight).
