I stopped in to have them inspect my laptop to see if it could be fixed. It couldn't be fixed and they recommended I purchase an Acer with 8g and 256ssd with i5 intel processor... so I did. They transferred all information and everything is running smoothly. In fact the speed of the new computer is incredible. I also, subscribed to their recommended anti virus. Cheers to CCS!!!

RecommendedI love that I can take pictures and old movies to be saved onto USB or Disc. They can also brighten and correct color of old photos. Knowledgeable staff!

These guys were great! My hard drive failed. Ugh! They were able to retrieve everything, including research I had being doing that was NOT saved! Came back later and had them transfer homemade blue ray movies to a thumb drive. They had never done it before and it was a learning process. But they figured it out. No one else I had contacted would do blue ray to thumb drive. These guys are very "creative", ha ha. Will be back for more conversion in the future.
This admittedly was a small issue; my cell phone had frozen when updating firmware. I had never been to Creative Computer Solution before but found them to be excellent. The staff was very accommodating and they solved the issue promptly. I would definitely use there services again.
Alex and Matt helped fix my computer when the geek squad was going to charge more than double. Great company and great service.
