Thanks for the good adjustment Dr. Matt, slept well the last two nights.
When I tried to jog, my ankles were so stiff and they felt like they would break if I used full range of motion with them. Dr. Vaden adjusted my ankles two times and they are back to normal like they were when I used to run!!! Dr. Vaden uses a method called "Torque Release" and he was able to adjust my back two weeks after back surgery!! Thanks, Dr. Vaden!!
