Simply excellent service and integrity from Ben and Brad Stratman at Creative Carpet Care and Restoration. The commitment to excellence on their end is above and beyond reproach. They formed a water mitigation on my office building while taking extra steps to ensure future safety for our tenants.
We had a pipe break in our basement flooding our guestroom. We had a friend recommend creative carpet care and called them and within an hour Ben was at our house. He was very professional and was able to extract all the water from the carpet pop the baseboard to ventilate the drywall and put fans underneath the carpet in order to dry them out. I can't thank Creative Carpet Care and Ben Stratman and crew enough! My husband and I were in Montana when we got word our basement had flooded. Our son, knew who to call,and Ben was at the house located in Pueblo West; working 6 hrs removing furniture and standing water. He also removed all baseboards and and sprayed to prevent mold.
