This company is unreal. They have me waiting all day then not a call so I call to s as y ove been waiting all morning and the responses were I dont know what's going on and I'm trying to find out I'm calling the owner. They send me a text after saying 200 dollars for your 2 rooms and hallway. My 2 rooms are tiny areas and I have no hallway. They quoted that high purposely to say I cancelled but I didn't and still no show and nobody ever showed prior to do estimate. They were able to schedule pretty quickly. They showed up on time and vacuumed the carpet before cleaning. I’m very impressed with the cleaning of my carpet. They spent time ensuring my carpet was very clean and removed some stains. I will definitely use them again.
Wish I had before & after pictures but Brad did a phenomenal job. Previous owners of our house left all kinds of track marks from wearing shoes inside, alongside plenty of pet stains and other unidentifiable stains. Brad was able to remove everything, making the carpets look and feel brand new. Definitely 5* service!
Best I've ever used for both carpet cleaning and more recently an unfortunate need for restoration. I would never use anyone else!!!
