Equipment they installed functions perfectly. But they reassembled the interior pieces wrong and some pieces had tabs broken off and microphone for Bluetooth was broken and crazy glued back on to a hole they drilled. I wanted to show them how some pieces came apart but their ego would not listen.
I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. I spoke with the owner James several times he never returns calls & scheduled me in after we spoke. Their work may be good I wouldn’t know but their customer service & punctuality are definitely below standard.
James was great he pointed me in the right direction for what I needed. I will be back soon for more work. They are about the true meaning of customer service.
