I knew that they were going to be busy, but I took a chance that they might be able to fit my truck in and see if they could at least disconnect the Viper alarm system I have(THEY DID NOT INSTALL) This system is about 3 yrs old, and I had it installed in Florida. RecommendedOutstanding customer service! Super fast shipping! Called in about a minor issue with my order and got an actual human right away. I don’t believe the issue was their fault, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Truly impressed and will use Creative Audio for all future audio needs.

Not at all helpful. Went in and the person in the front would not even make a recommendation on what his favorite brand there was without hauling my boat all the way up there first. I went from spending a chunk on a stereo there to never going back.

Paul was willing to pay for it and stay until I had arrived. I would def use this creative location. Great people thanks again guys. Employees are dicks. And I found it extremely hard to talk to either one of them about some equipment that fit my budget. Seemed like they were snobs w7 is the only thing worth having and didn’t even try to talk to me about more budget friendly alternatives. They even made A big deal about firing up the demo booth even tho my friend and I were the only people in the store. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business because they’ve certainly lost mine.
