Installed unit on roof backwards. Some vents are still blocked. Roof unit airway is half blocked and they won’t fix it! It’s a few months past warranty, but how am I supposed to know that it’s blocked? I’m not gonna go take the unit apart, I’m not an hvac guy! Don’t trust the company!
Called Creative Air with an emergency and they came out right away and fixed the problem! Friendly, knowledgeable tech, JB who answered all my questions!
Unprofessional, lazy, & they left trash behind. DO NOT recommend
