Good Product / Horrible Service Good product / Horrible experience and staff. Needed to purchase a PA system for our neighborhood pool. After having to call back numerous times over a couple of weeks, finally received a quote. After finally making some adjustments to the quote to remove items that weren't necessary, we accepted the quote and wanted to have the work done. World class car audio Jay and Steve are great. If you want a car audio system that is right, these are the best guys in North Carolina. They really know their stuff and they have very competitive prices. Highly recommended
Shady Business Practices We went to get our gear but they could not tell us what they fixed and why we were being charged for it. These guys are shady, take your stuff somewhere else and avoid at all costs!
The best there is If you're looking for anything associated with sound, either professional, home, or auto, these people are the very best there is at what they do. I have been dealing with them for 30 years, and they have ALWAYS amazed me, both with the quality and the value of their services.
Brilliant but Incompetent with the Sales Process I'm buying a stereo and have tried to work with them to narrow down my options and buy. They are clearly very good technically and have excellent knowledge of the products. However, they are utterly without a clue in terms of managing me as a customer.
Out To Lunch I took my speakers here to get fixed and paid for repairs but when I got my system home only half of it worked. I ended up having to take it to a different repairman who fixed it no problem. It also took me several tries to pick up my gear... it seems like these guys are always out to lunch... figuratively and litteraly
