Working with Ryan has been geat. We discuss any conerns or questions and get explinations why things should be done one way rather than another. Creative abundance has stuck to timelines, our budget, and their word. When you use a contractor you want to be able to trust the person that is controlling everything- with Ryan I completly trust that he is going to do what is best for our project. I highly recommend this company.
I had a terrible experience with this General Contractor on many levels and would never use him again. I have done many home projects including full renovations and this is the first time I have ever reported a contractor. Simply put, this was the worst experience of my life with a general contractor. I reported this contractor to the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (“NCLBGC”). As a result, this General Contractor was cited by the NCLBGC for violations during the process.
