I really didn’t want to write this review, but there’s a limit to everything. I’ve been a consistent customer of Jill’s for haircuts and was genuinely happy with her work. However, the last 3 to 4 appointments have gone significantly downhill. Every time I booked in advance, I’d get a message right before the appointment or 1 to 2 hours prior saying she needed to reschedule, would be late, or couldn’t show up at all. Jayden was knowledgable about the style of cut he wanted to do for me. For only cutting for 3 months, I was happy with the cut! He was very detailed with the cut and took his time trying to make sure that the texture I asked for was apparent. Over time, I know Jayden's skills will continue to improve even more and I can't wait to see his continued growth. Will definitely be coming back! I also enjoyed the fragrance demos and walk through for Sarmador after the cut. Very unique experience at Creation!

Best barbershop experience I have had in Toronto. Jaden was extremely helpful, easy going and professional overall. He helped me choose a haircut that suits me, he was very detail-oriented, offered a great conversation and the final cut was perfect; sharp and clean. Considering the experience I’ve had, the price was very affordable. I’d recommend Jaden to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.
