Very nice workers and the coffee actually impressed me. Would definitely come back. I had the hot brew with Carmel syrup sugar free and a cold brew
Great coffee, lackluster service. I have had great experiences at Saginaw, Midland and Frankenmuth. Barista gave me an iced beverage assuming I wanted my drink iced. I asked if she could make it hot and she rolled her eyes, grabbed the drink and told me that I need to ask for it hot next time. I am not the one that is taking orders. Usually the barista will ask if I would like my drinks hot or iced before ringing up the order. I thought it was unprofessional and she was bothered that I asked to correct her mistake. The food is great the baristas are so sweet and I love the calm quiet atmosphere 🤍
Nice local business that has an upscale atmosphere. I will say, the espresso is usually always bitter in the iced lattes. This is most likely due to an inexperienced barista, or over-extraction of the shot. A bitter shot has been consistent in my experience here. Therefore, you guys should do a better job in improving your extraction of espresso to minimize bitterness.
