The staff here made me feel so welcome and was very helpful. I’m not someone who knows much about makeup or doing my hair but as I was getting my appointments in for my wedding the girls who took care of me and my bridesmaids were just amazing. And when one of my bridesmaids got coffee on her dress the girl who was at the desk, I’m sorry I couldn’t remember her name, but she was kind enough to have her dress in the washer and dryer. So we thank you so very much! And just wow 10/10 service and people
I saw Aleah for a balayage and haircut. The balayage looks alright, but the hair cut was botched, noticeably. I had to go to a different hairstylist and get an additional 1.5 inches cut off to make my hair even, after already cutting off about 6 inches with Aleah. I would not go back to her or recommend her.
I went in for a highlight. I have long hair and have had long hair for 25 years. I decided not to have my hair styled at the salon and went home and dried and styled it. To my horror, I ended up with a sink full of my newly highlighted hair that had broken off right at the root and was now laying in my sink. My hair is absolutely trashed. I called to cancel the next appointment that I had scheduled before I had left and explained what had happened to the receptionist. I paid almost $300 for this service.
