I went in for a highlight. I have long hair and have had long hair for 25 years. I decided not to have my hair styled at the salon and went home and dried and styled it. To my horror, I ended up with a sink full of my newly highlighted hair that had broken off right at the root and was now laying in my sink. My hair is absolutely trashed. I called to cancel the next appointment that I had scheduled before I had left and explained what had happened to the receptionist. I paid almost $300 for this service. I wish I could give 6 stars! Lizzie was amazing. She’s so personable and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. If you’re looking for someone reliable, fun to work with, a great listener, and someone you’ll want to come back to for years, she’s the one. She truly does a fantastic job!
Not worth the 51 I paid to put in tinsel in my hair all I have left after a week is the front bangs tinsel. Most fell out.
