My last review was harsh, though honest. I walked in again today and the same young lady that I had most of my issues with was working again, however, this time things were different. She was helpful and she was smiling, so I'm not sure if I caught her on an off day, or if my review lit a fire, but either way the customer service issues were not present this visit so the jury is still out. I really want to like this place. We will see with time where this goes.

Create A Cig is gone. The shop on Preston is now owned by Suicide Bunny. Used to be great, but the new ownership is really bad. The new employees are extremely rude and the old wall of e-juice is gone. If you used to be a loyal customer, its time to find a new shop.

Great selection of gear. Best quality juice I've found so far. Staff was willing to take the time to let me sample a big selection of flavors before I found the one I liked. These guys are awesome!

I visited create a cig last friday and you really learn a lot about vapor cigarettes from those gentlemen. They take time out to explain everything you need to know about vapor,they let you sample their many flavors so you get to choose what you like and won't I will be going back.
