First, this contact info isn't correct but I'm disappointed with the phone service. I was on hold for 7 minutes, someone picked up and asked if I would hold, which I did. I understand offices are busy, but I held for ANOTHER 10 minutes when I finally just hung up... going to find a different ortho office..
