Never showed up to the appointment after I waited for them got a call the next day and I spoke to them again They said they will call me again never did not professional I wouldn’t trust that company to do business with
I was leery about selling my mother's home to an investment company because many of them don't have good reputations. Cream City was the opposite. They were easy to work with and bought the property for a reasonable price. Kurt and Chris were very accommodating and I enjoyed working with them. I would recommend them as a quality company!
I had an excellent experience with Cream City Home Buyers and would highly recommend them to everyone. I sold the house for a fair price and the communication and professionalism was outstanding. I now live 4 hours away from the home I sold and was able to complete all the paperwork remotely - saving time, money & the frustration of traveling.
