My 1st time going there for nails. I had builder gel. Very slow, extremely expensive most I have ever paid anywhere. When I got home I noticed they are quite lumpy. Never again. 🙄
I love this place, the ladies are so friendly and do an amazing job every time I come here I highly recommend coming here! It’s the best place in mornington
Not a nice experience. Firstly I had a pedi and toe nails painted. They did not prep or pedi. The polish was painted over ridges so looked awful. When I pointed this out, they simply painted over them. I then had an SNS on my fingers, While this was being done, the lady knocked my toes that were not dry. Again just painted over them. When I finally got home, my toes were ruined and had to remove and my SNS was very uneven, almost transparent on some of the tips. I remember coming here months ago for my first ever builder gel appointment, and they were so sweet to me. Every time I come back for refills, they’re always happy to see me, and the feeling is mutual. They always make time for people—the longest I’ve ever waited is five minutes. It’s disappointing to see comments from people complaining about the staff speaking their first language.
