In over 40 years of going to salons, I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I booked an appointment with Penny and arrived on time at 12:27—only to receive a call at that exact moment asking me to come back at 2:00 PM or reschedule due to an issue with another client. I recently switched to Cre8 Hair Design and I am very happy that I did. Donna does a great job on my hair and offers suggestions with blow drying techniques and brushes. The salon is clean, quiet and relaxing. The prices are great. I highly recommend this place.
