I've been here several times and have never disappointed. However, today I was sat nearly under ac. My pancake was not even luke warm. (sent it back)The rest of my food was ok until I discovered a hair in my sausage patty.(sent back). These issues made my visit unsatisfying. When speaking to management she just kept saying "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" Eventually offered a small discount.... Food here is good and to expensive to not accommodate unsatisfied customers! 40 dollars plus tip for 2 and I wasn't happy at all!!
