I’t always such a great dining experience at Crazy Otto’s you get to enjoy a delicious meal there and always have leftovers for a evening or late night snack!!
On Sunday, June 16, 2019,I decided to take my kiddos out for (what I thought would be) a good Father's Day meal after church. Really, we should have just come home. In sum, we waited over an hour (and, the restaurant was predominantly EMPTY upon arrival). Then, after waiting over 2 hours, in total, ... seeing other folks getting fed and leaving before us... and promises that our food was up next, we LEFT because of the poor service and the RAW food that was brought to our table. Totally amazing service. We use to go to your restaurant in Acton, which we loved. We moved away to Montana 12 plus years ago and we came here for a graduation and we're staying at the Best Western. This past Mother's Day, I had the worse meal ever (and my 1st time there). I am not exaggerating. The service was decent and friendly. But nothing about the meal was right. I ordered the Country Friend Steak with hash browns and eggs. The texture of the steak was not edible, no flavor or seasoning, the potatoes were burnt, and I don't remember the eggs. I was very disappointed. And spent $25. I would have rather had Burger King, you can't get that wrong.
My husband and I come here once in a while, the service is always great. this time we got Alexis, she was really kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!
