Mixed feelings. Dinner was perfect. Breakfast was well....if the manager or owner feels the need to contact me before I post a negative review on your time line and get into senseless banter on fb(which is very unprofessional btw), you're welcome to private message and I'll be happy to explain to you, our attempt at a meal. But I will not return for breakfast and would not recommend it. Dinner was fabulous.
The Bacon Cheesecake for an appetizer was amazing. The burger is absolutely delicious. My husband had a steak and said it was great! Great food and not fighting a busy city. We are from Boaz- but we will be back!
We had our wedding reception here last month with about 30 people. Hunter made sure we had terrific service, led by Michael ??? (who was fantastic). Food was great (we picked a set menu with several options). They were flexible with us bringing in wedding cake for dessert and sharing a bottle of Dom Perignon for toasting (supplemented by their cavé brut). The cost was very reasonable and the location was convenient for our families. Thanks everyone at CH for making our wedding a truly special time!
We got there at 8:45 this morning. Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to show up and she had no idea who to sit first. It was another 5 minutes before our drink order was taken and then 10 minutes to get them. Waited 30 minutes for our food and people coming in after us had already gotten theirs. I had to get up 3 times to try to get silverware which we got 5 minutes AFTER our food. Waited 10 minutes for our check and finally just went to the cashier to hunt it down. Wonderful food, great customer service! Unique atmosphere!
Met some friends and ate there Saturday night. We spent a lot of time conversing and took our time ordering. Waitress was very understanding and let us take our time. We ordered adult beverages and a couple of appetizers and was given the opportunity to finish those before even ordering our dinner. The food was good and so was the service a little pricy but sometimes you get what you pay for ...and we did. We will be back and recommend to others.
Horrible customer service. When you ask about their menus online and they tell you it's ok to order from it , then later charge you more than double the price listed . When asking what I needed to do about the price the waitress proceeds to tell me I'll have to go find the manager / owner to ask about the price of my meal. Then when the manager / owner thinks it's a good idea to look at his phone the entire time and not greet a paying customer , I would say there's a problem.
