I brought my laptop in. It is probably about 4-5 years old. Bob tried his best to figure out what was wrong. I wound up buying a laptop that Bob had in his place of business. He was able to download all the important information from my old computer to the one I purchased. I am thrilled with my purchase and would recommend seeing Crazy Bob's for all your computer needs.
