RecommendedI had missed 5 shifts of work due to vertigo which I never had before. I tryed other thinks like meds and rest but it did not help.I decided to go to PT . I called up Cray PT ,and got an appointment for that day after I had explained what was happening with me . Tessa was my PT and after one session with her my vertigo was gone . She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me .I would recommend Tessa to anyone and actually have given out her cards to many people .

Cray PT is by fat THE BEST PT I’ve found..lucky me! Unlike most places, you’ll find few machines here. That’s because Cray gives each person their complete undivided attention and individualized therapy. Most recently I worked with Tessa but all of the training staff are knowledgeable and proficient and genuinely care about your recovery...no judgements here! I was referred to Cray PT last January from a friend. I can’t say enough about Cyndi. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and provides at home activities to help patience get back to normal. I originally saw Cyndi for my elbow and was back this summer because I pulled my back out. She is certified in dry-needling and creates a rehab plan that work for each person! Thank you Cyndi you are the best!!
When I first came to Cray Physical Therapy I could barely move my upper back as well as my lower back and my right shoulder. Basically I was a wreck..Tessa and the staff were amazing I would recommend Cray Physical Therapy to everyone. Really Awesome... never felt better and I'm now living in the sunny Gulf coast . I’ve been going to see Cindy at Cray PT for awhile now, specifically for dry needling. I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience. She’s great at what she does! The entire place has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I always see all the other therapist really connecting and going the extra mile with their patients too. They all seem very dedicated. I would highly recommend Cindy’s expertise especially if you are curious about dry-needling ; )

I had never been to physical therapy and was unsure about what to expect. My shoulder was in a lot of pain and a friend referred me to Cyndi Lucas at Cray.
