Professional; easy to work with; good follow through; competitive pricing (I got multiple quotes); etc. I would use Andrew and his company again.
Our crawlspace was full of water and had some moisture damage. We ended up going with a drainage system and sump pump, crawlspace encapsulation, and dehumidifier. The Price was significantly better than others, and the workmanship / finish is top notch. Would highly recommend!
Great experience all around . they were always on time pleasant, kept work area picked up , very informative as to what they where doing each day . Crawlspace Doctor went over and above working with me as to i needed done to my specific crawl space and financing was very easy to navigate.They have continue to reach out to me asking if everything is working well and to my satisfaction. They did not do the work they agreed upon. Owner demanded payment for work that is not complete. I would definitely have their work inspected before paying..
I am so happy that I consulted Goole Reviews and selected Crawlspace Doctor of Chattanooga. Owner Trey Stansell and installers Andrew and Daniel did an amazing full encapsulation job transforming my crawl space into an area that makes me proud. Originally, I had consulted with two other companies that perform full encapsulation services. I was shocked by their heavy handed sales tactics designed to scare and pressure the customer to purchase products and services totally unnecessary and overpriced.
