Be careful with the sales team's "Manager Specials." We were told a $9,700 quote was the exact same work as a previous $18,600 estimate. Now that it's cold, we realized the sales rep, Ashley, removed the closed-cell spray foam insulation from the order without telling us. The old insulation was removed but not replaced with a thermal barrier. Now the first floor is freezing. It is a shame, the sales office was not transparent. After spending 9 grand with crawlspace brothers. My crawlspace still had cold air coming through and creating cold floors. They told me Insulation was not needed. So they removed it. But instead of telling us that we had plenty of air still coming through into the house. They decided not to mention anything to me. I had to find out the hard way with my hardwood floors above me to be extremely cold. I was told I would get a call after my last review and nothing.

Great experience with crawlspace brothers for a full encapsulation! Oliver and his crew completed a relatively large job in 1.5 days thoroughly and it looks fantastic.
