Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated my crawl space several years ago (including installing a french drain, sump pump etc.). They did good work initially and have been readily available to address maintenance issues that have arisen since then.
I unfortunately had a terrible experience so far with the company . as someone that works in the customer service industry dealing with customers everyday, i know what is the expectation and they did nothing but the opposite. I called them a week ago to try and schedule an estimate since i was having water problems under my crawl space. Initially they told me they would call me back to schedule a date and they never did. I called again to try and see if i can get something scheduled since i am concerned about my crawl space ... read more
