The best service there is! Kelly not only fixed our AC within 20 mins of me calling at 9pm at night, but he graciously fixed my front door too!!!! He also let me know what the problem was and what we can do to prevent it from happening again! Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

Thank you!!!!! Our AC went out yesterday, a Monday, I called this a.m. at 0828 for a service call. I was contacted by the technician at 1015 he was on his way. In less than an hour, he determined the coolant level was fine and the problem was a weakening capacitor. He replaced that and had the AC working again. A $16 part made the whole system fail. I will start on a positive note by saying that the employees were very nice each time they were at my house for a service call. It has taken 5 months and 8 service calls to finally repair my air conditioner, at least I hope it is repaired. When I went to the office to discuss the charges, I was told that the \$65 I was expected to pay for the service call is only for the 1st hour, NOT ONE FLAT RATE!!!! Every 15 minutes after would cost another \$12.50.I have paid for service calls, freon, to have the heat pump moved, and for... read more
