From the initial call with Kyndal setting up the appointment in the same day, to the wonderful receptionist at the window to Dr. Murphy we had an absolutely wonderful experience!!! This was our first visit, we recently moved to the area and we are so grateful this was our first stop on our search to find a new vet for our paw baby!!! We found are new Vet!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! They have the kindest staff. Every time I’ve brought my dog in, they’ve always used his name, spoke to him and treated him like most would a person. Today, my dog had seizures, so I went there very early, before they opened, to wait for them, he started having a seizure in the parking lot and one of the staff stopped, and talked with us, soothed him, and even carried him to my car since the vet wouldn’t be there for a little bit. I've been using them for YEARS and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is super sweet, the doctors are amazing and everyone treats your fur baby as if it were their own. I love Crawford Road!

We have such an awesome vet! As if it wasn't enough that they greatly expressed their condolences over the phone when I called to cancel her medications, they called the pharmacies to cancel the prescriptions they had previously called in for us, AND they gave us credit for anything and everything we had left over from food to medications....they also took the time to all sign a little book called the rainbow bridge with a little note from each member and mailed it to us! We absolutely love the staff here! I always feel welcome, prices are great! They just make you feel at home! At our last vet that we saw for 4 years (before we moved states) never greeted us by our name or took the time to, but here they remember our name and our pets names! It's the little things! We will continue to use this office as long as we have pets!
