This is by far an amazing place to get care for your animals. Everyone is so kind. From the person who answers the phone to the person who comes to get your pet from the vehicle. The vet was so nice on the phone and attended to my dogs ear and my questions about her anxiety right away. She had her sutures removed today and you can’t tell anything was even done to it. I’ve switched to this vet clinic! My Great Dane had an allergic reaction to a sting, went to my previous vet and they didn’t have the time of day for me. They weren’t even considerate enough to ask my name, they simply told me they were already booked on Monday morning 10 minutes after they were open. Every vet in the area was booked, so I made an appointment with Crawford because it looked like my dog's feet were infected. It took forever for then to come get him. They weren't very friendly when they called to explain what they thought was wrong. They told me his paws and ears were infected most likely due to allergies. They gave steroids and a topical wash for me to give him. The bill was $250 which blew me away, but I understood and just wanted my dog better. I have only had good experiences with Crawford Road Animal Hospital. They are always so kind. They always answer all of my questions(which I always have a lot). I call in quite a bit and they never seem frustrated or annoyed by all the questions and calls. Shout out to Dr. Sabo who has been taking care of my cats recently.
