The property is amazing, the maintenance and the property management is pretty bad. I've lived at sawmill ridge for eight years and not one summer has my a/c worked right. They talk to you like you're dumb or as if that stuff that goes wrong is your fault. When they finally have to face up to a problem they use the excuse that it's old. There are some very good people who work for these guys, but the majority of my experience has been horrible.
